Our directive team has enlisted consultants and external auditors to ensure every operation maintains a high level of compliance in areas such as health surveillance, infectology and epidemiology.

Staff protocol
Every member of the crew that has showed any cold or common flu symptoms, anosmia (loss of the sense of smell, either total or partial) or dysgeusia (a distortion of the sense of taste), diarrhea symptoms, nausea or vomit without any other conditions that explains the symptons, and any person who has been in contact with diagnosed or any suspected covid case should not come to work and must attend to their nearest EBAIS or clinic for a mandatory medical evaluation.
Owner or renter protocol
In the event that a renter or owner within the Resort presents symptoms of a cold and / or has been in contact with people who were diagnosed as suspected, probable or con irmed cases, they should isolate themselves in their home and avoid having contacts. Until the doctor gives you their respective instructions, we suggest you not act without prior authorization.
